Grrr
Some days it just doesn't go right.
I had to run across campus to turn in my vacation time sheet, and decided to do something I'd been planning to do for a while now. I took my camera and was going to shoot the various sculpture and fountains and interesting architecture around campus. Great. Gorgeous day. Lots of cuties on campus too, scouting out for next semester, or for summer classes.
So I wander about for about an hour, and take about 50 shots.
And then get the dreaded, "DISK ERROR" message.
Oh, DAMN!!!! Maybe it's just overheated. I'll go back and let it cool down over lunch. Nope, no dice. I try several methods, but none of them let me let me access the disk. I can't even re-format it. It's dead, Jim.
Oh well. I did have a nice walk and enjoyed the scenery of various varieties. I'll have to do it again sometime.
Oh, and still no good news about the brother. His specialists are now talking about a pump, or putting him on the transplant list, or both.
