Kicking off a new season
Well the review of Bad Dates came out this weekend. We got a rave review from our Daily Rag. And, while this is not the show to showcase my lights, the review said:
Some of the credit probably has to go to director Tony Vezner for the pacing and interpretation, and some to costumier Alan Williams for the clothes that Glynn wriggles into and out of, and some to scenic designer Lee Brasuell and props master Jessica Ann Schultz for the marvelous rent-controlled apartment and the heaps of stuff.
But most of the kudos should be reserved for Glynn, and deservedly so.
Which of the design staff is conspicuous in his absence? Again.
I've said it before, I'll say it again, the reviewer is an idiot. Oh, wait, I'm sorry, He has a bachelors degree in theatre from Beloit College, the wellspring of theatrical innovation and technology.
