Nights out

Cast and staff got out to a hockey game on Wed. night. All seemed to enjoy the outing, even though our team, the Ice Hogs, lost 4-2. We got off to a strong start, scoring a second goal in the final seconds of the first period, but didn't score again for the rest of the game, while the Komets scored three more goals. Oh well.
The cast even got into it enough to scream for free shirts at one of the period breaks. For some it was a first live hockey game. Fun time.
Now I'm thinking about our upscale fundraiser event, the Night of Stars. I spent last night previewing my wardrobe.
New shirt, and pants that still (kind of) fit, with an old leather vest that still fits as well as ever, and my favorite silly tie. I even put a new shine on my shoes. I think I'm ready for this fiasco. I SO don't want to go.
